Yetiştirme yurtlarından somut bir gerekçe gösterilmeden çıkartılan çocuklar için hayat her zaman farklı ve zorlayıcı patikalarla dolu oldu. Çocuk yaşta “yetişkin” olmak zorunda kalan bu çocuklar, alınan haksız kararlar sonucunda hem sosyal hem de psikolojik düzeyde ciddi zorluklarla başa çıkmak zorunda kaldılar. Bu belgesel bu sorunla yüzleşmek zorunda kalan 15.200 çocuğu temsilen 4 çocuğun hikayesine odaklanarak yaşanan zorlukları ve adaletsizlikleri izleyiciye taşıyarak bir farkındalık yaratmayı amaçlıyor.
For children expelled from state care institutions without any concrete justification, life has always unfolded along difficult and uncertain paths. Forced to become “adults” while still children, they have had to confront profound social and psychological hardships as a consequence of unjust decisions imposed upon them. Representing the 15,200 children who have been forced to face this reality, this documentary follows the stories of four young people. By bringing their experiences of hardship and injustice to the screen, it seeks to raise public awareness of an issue that has remained largely unseen.
